St. John's Wort Tincture

St. John’s Wort tincture is a concentrated herbal extract primarily used to treat mild to moderate depression, often functioning as effectively as standard antidepressants. It is also commonly used to manage anxiety, menopausal symptoms like hot flashes, and to support nervous system health. It is known for its potential mood-lifting and nerve-soothing properties. 

Ingredients: organic grain alcohol, St. John's wort and apple cider vinegar.

Directions: 3 cc to 5 cc administered orally up to 3 times daily as needed.
