took a hit of arnica tincture several yrs ago...and i haven't had a migraine since...much less a headache. just an fyi.

I originally purchased to help my boxer after a knee strain. I noticed a difference in my arthritic hands after putting it on the dog! Now the entire family reaches for this jar to help with aches and the occasional bruise. The salve rubs in easily and the scent is not overpowering.
Cows love it for udder edema and bruises. I love it for carpal tunnel starting with hand-milking the cows.
