This is my favorite of Dr. Sarah's "goops." I love the smell, I think it is the lemon balm. I touched a hot pan and got a small pink burn, didn't think much of it until I was trying to sleep and the pain was distracting. I put Dr. Sarah's Arnica ointment on it and the pain went away and I could sleep. This was a tiny superficial burn, for any kind of concerning burn check with a health care pro.

I was advised by Dr. Sarah to use this on my chicken that had been attacked by my dog. The chicken lost all her skin from her skull halfway down her back. Her muscles were exposed I was sure my chicken would not survive and would get an infection. But with this ointment, she was healing, and never caught an infection. I would not have believed it if I had not seen it.
