We are a growing retail/wholesale business focused on delivering high-quality products to our customers. As a small but dynamic team, we are looking for a motivated and organized Operations Office Assistant to support the daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Position Overview:
The Part-Time Operations Office Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the team, helping ensure efficient business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and is looking to be a key player in a small, fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with order processing, ensuring accuracy in inventory and shipments
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Maintain inventory records and help track stock levels
- Assist with purchasing and receiving products
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate files and records
- Help with shipping and packaging of orders, ensuring timely delivery
- Support day-to-day office operations, including filing, organizing, and scheduling
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office is stocked and organized
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing or tracking expenses (if applicable)
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other teams as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous office or retail experience preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in basic computer programs (Google Workspace, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to lift and carry light packages (up to 30 lbs)
