We are a growing retail/wholesale business focused on delivering high-quality products to our customers. As a small but dynamic team, we are looking for a motivated and organized Operations Office Assistant to support the daily operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Position Overview:
The Part-Time Operations Office Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the team, helping ensure efficient business operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and is looking to be a key player in a small, fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with order processing, ensuring accuracy in inventory and shipments
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Maintain inventory records and help track stock levels
  • Assist with purchasing and receiving products
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate files and records
  • Help with shipping and packaging of orders, ensuring timely delivery
  • Support day-to-day office operations, including filing, organizing, and scheduling
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the office is stocked and organized
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing or tracking expenses (if applicable)
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other teams as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Previous office or retail experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in basic computer programs (Google Workspace, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift and carry light packages (up to 30 lbs)
