Key Responsibilities
- Office Operations: Manage the daily operations of the office, including scheduling, lab supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, managing emails, preparing documents, and handling correspondence with our team.
- Financial Administration: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and maintaining records of financial transactions.
- Staff Coordination: Coordinate schedules for team members, plan meetings, and organize office events. Act as the point of contact for internal staff and external vendors. Coordinate when staff is needed to make and label products.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to clients, suppliers, and business partners.
- Facilities Management: Ensure the office environment is positive, organized, safe, and functional. Liaise with external vendors for office equipment, maintenance, and supplies.
- Human Resources Support: Assist with HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee to-do lists.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on office activities, expenses, and operational performance as needed by management.
- Problem Solving: Identify opportunities for improving office processes and suggest changes that will enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: A high school diploma is required; an associate’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.

Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Background with farming preferred.
- Experience with essential oils is a plus.
- Experience with sustainability is a plus.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with tools like Canva and Click Up.
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting principles.
