Grandma Bobbi's Pickles
Brine
- 7 cups of Vinegar
- 13 cups of Water
- 1 cup of Salt
Bring the Brine to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Fill Jar (Top and Bottom) - slice of onion, fresh garlic cloves, teaspoon of
sugar and dill - Cucumbers or sliced peppers
- Fill with hot pickles brine
- Process in hot water bath
- Bring to a boil and let cool in water bath
