Grandma Bobbi's Pickles

  • 7 cups of Vinegar
  • 13 cups of Water
  • 1 cup of Salt

Bring the Brine to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. 

  1. Fill Jar (Top and Bottom) - slice of onion, fresh garlic cloves, teaspoon of
    sugar and dill
  2. Cucumbers or sliced peppers
  3. Fill with hot pickles brine
  4. Process in hot water bath
  5. Bring to a boil and let cool in water bath
